With over 16,000 square feet of hotel meeting rooms and events space in the cultural heart of Nashville, the Radisson at Opryland is an ideal venue for seminars, board meetings or other events. The Radisson at Opryland features the following hotel meeting rooms:

  • McGavock Ballroom
    Square Footage: 4170
    Our McGavock Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel at Opryland holds up to 450 guests for theater and reception settings, up to 290 for banquet settings and 204 guests for classroom seating. The ballroom can be divided into four breakout rooms. Each breakout can accommodate up to 100 guests for theater settings, up to 70 for banquet settings and 48 guests for classroom seating. McGavock A, B and C are each 968 sq ft, perfect for small gatherings or end-of-day cocktail parties. McGavock D is 1,256 square feet.
  • The Atrium
    Square Footage: 5000
    The Atrium area at the Radisson at Opryland is perfect for weddings, cocktail parties, large luncheons and dinner receptions. The Atrium can also accommodate up to 500 guests for reception settings and 370 guests for banquets.
  • Donelson A
    Square Footage: 1073
    Donelson A is our mid-sized hotel meeting room, perfect for social events. The room is able to accommodate 100 guests for theater settings, 70 guests for banquet settings and 51 guests for classroom seating. U-shape and conference settings are also available.
  • Donelson B
    Square Footage: 1313
    Donelson B can hold 110 guests for theater settings, 70 guests for banquet settings and 60 guests for classroom seating. U-shape and conference settings are also available.
  • Bellevue
    Square Footage: 1073
    Bellevue is perfect for corporate meetings. It can accommodate 100 guests for theater settings, 70 guests for banquet settings and 51 guests for a classroom setting.
  • Pennington
    Square Footage: 1033
    Pennington is the perfect place for a social gathering. The room accommodates 125 guests for theater setting, 70 for banquet settings and 51 guests for a classroom setting.
  • Brentwood
    Square Footage: 1184
    Brentwood is the perfect place to host a training seminar. It accommodates 125 guests for theater settings, 70 for banquet settings and 51 guests for a classroom setting.
