    “Radisson hotel poor facilities”

    Trip type: 
    Rooms must be furnished as designed and expected. 1) One of the two rooms, 412, I reserved was missing a refrigerator and hair dryer. I informed the front desk right after check in. It was noted on a list for maintenance or management. Next day there was no action. Then later the same day, I finally got some action. First attempt to replace refrigerator failed since it wasn't working. Second attempt after complaining again, the next one worked. 2) The phone wasn't working. Phone replacement didn't work so maintenance said it was the line. The phone never worked during our stay. 3) The spa was hot but the pump for the jet didn't work. After informing front desk, then the next day they said a part was ordered. Spa never work during our stay. 4) First day at breakfast I ordered oatmeal. It took 20-25 minutes to be delivered. However, the next day a full breakfast was delivered promptly. 5) On the 4th floor we always smelled an somewhat bad odor probably coming from the carpet. 6) At breakfast the coffee was usually barely warm. The waitress would make a fresh cup and then it would be hot. The warming plate for the coffee maker is probably bad. 7) It took quite a while, ~2 minutes for hot water to come to the sink or tub first thing in the morning. It's not normal.
