AIRPORT - YOW. Part of a small, historic steakhouse chain, Hy's is something of an institution, and it's a lovely place to enjoy a special night out. Perfectly aged steaks are the draw, with several cuts and preparations available, from an expertly charcoal-broiled NY strip to a more elaborate filet mignon topped with crab and hollandaise. The Cajun spice-rubbed ribeye is a winner, but one of the most popular choices is prime rib served with Yorkshire pudding. Sides include beer battered onion rings, fresh spinach or asparagus, and grilled tomatoes.
