    I stayed at the hotel recently and was very pleased with the service I received. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent and had good gluten free options for me. I loved the large pot of green tea that I was able to take to the clinic held at the hotel.

    Received an upgrade only to level 6 out 12, the lowest ever from my experiences with Club Carlson. front desk no answer at 9 pm twice, asked for a quilt received a blanket. Room is clean, received gift/letter which is good.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. It is always wonderful to hear from our Club Carlson Elite members. We believe you were probably upgraded to one of our Executive Suites which are all located on a separate wing of the hotel, thus the 6th floor location. We do apologize you could not reach the Front Desk as we were busy serving other guests at the time of your call. We think you may have been asking for another duvet for your room and this is not something we have extra for, or for the pull out sofa bed, thus why an extra blanket was provided. Thank you for staying with us and we invite you back on a future trip so we may exceed your expectations.
