    The room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary internet and restaurant. We were disappointed by the pool - murky water and no fresh towels. Our 9 year old was very disappointed by this. While close the airport we didn't like the amenities around the hotel. Next time we'll choose a hotel closer to downtown.

    Thank you for sharing your experience and we are sorry to learn the family was disappointed with the pool. The opaque look to the pool is natural with the chlorination process of the water and the pool is checked regularly during the day to maintain health standards. We are sorry there were a lack of towels. We try our best to keep a regular cycle of towels in the pool and fitness area and when they run out, guests can always use the phone to the front desk to ask for more. We are happy overall you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back so we may exceed your expectations.
