IDEAL MEETING SPACES
Our contemporary meeting spaces are flexible enough to suit all your needs, whatever they might be. We can host any event, from a board meeting of 8 people to a convention for 600. And for larger events, our hotel is ideally located adjacent to the Salt Palace Convention Center.
Here’s a quick overview of our meeting rooms and facilities:
Cottonwood 1 and 2
Each Cottonwood room features 700 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 50 guests for theater settings, 40 guests for banquet settings and 24 guests for classroom seating. Both rooms may be combined into one meeting room offering 1,500 square feet of meeting space.
Boardrooms
Our two boardrooms are also available for your smaller corporate meetings and can accommodate between 8 and 12 individuals for conference events.
Wasatch Ballroom
The Wasatch Ballroom accommodates up to 600 guests for theater settings, up to 460 for banquet settings and 360 for classroom seating. Our ballroom consists of 5,635 square feet and can be divided into four breakout rooms.
Wasatch 1
Wasatch 1 can accommodate up to 90 guests for theater settings, up to 70 for banquet settings and 60 for classroom seating. This room is appropriate for small social gatherings or end-of-day cocktail parties.
Wasatch 2
The Wasatch 2 accommodates up to 120 guests for theater settings, up to 120 for banquet settings and 72 for classroom seating. The room consists of 1,360 square feet, perfect for any business event.
Wasatch 3 and 4
Wasatch 3 and 4 can each accommodate up to 170 guests for theater settings, up to 130 for banquet settings and 80 for classroom seating. Both rooms consist of 1,666 square feet, perfect for any social gathering or event.
Millcreek
Our Millcreek room features 765 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 50 guests for theater settings, 40 guests for banquet settings, 20 guests for hollow square settings and 40 guests for classroom seating. A great breakout room is located directly across from the Wasatch Ballroom.
