Films are shown at a different city park each week on a large, inflatable screen, and free popcorn is served each night. Venues include the Utah State Fairgrounds, Reservoir Park, Fairmont Park, Jordan Park, Liberty Park, Rotary Glen Park and Lindsey Gardens.

Approximately 600 area artists gather to share their works and heritage, and more than 20 food booths sell a wide variety of reasonably priced ethnic dishes.
