    This is a fine and good hotel with excellent staff in the reception; however a restaurant (breakfast/pool restaurant) is equipped with staff without any understanding of "Yes I can" or a normal way of making guests feel welcome.

    Greetings Peter, I would like to start off by offering my sincere apologies. Yes it is true our service as of lately has been below standard in the restaurant. I can assure you we are currently working on changing several things about the restaurant. These changes are from staffing changes to better selections. Just know that your next visit will be a different kind of experience. Our goal is "Exceptional"

    The staff is great and helpful. Unfortunately the rooms have a lot to be desired for. The rooms need updating, microwaves would be nice too. Fart fans in the bathrooms would be nice. The extra blankets in the closet felt like sand paper and need to be replaced with soft cotton blankets. Free complementary breakfast should be included in the price you pay to stay here.

    I am truly sorry we were not able to create a great experience for you. I assure you I will look into concerns and see what we can do right away. If I may suggest that should you try us again to please make your reservation directly with the hotel or on Radisson.com. This will ensure you get breakfast with your stay as some of the discounted rates available through third websites do not include breakfast. We also have microwave available upon request that you can ask for when you check in. I thank you for taking the time to review us and providing me with information on how we can improve. I sincerely apologize for our shortfalls and can assure you we will work on making it better.
