The rooms need updating, microwaves would be nice too. Fart fans in the bathrooms would be nice. The extra blankets in the closet felt like sand paper and need to be replaced with soft cotton blankets. I assure you I will look into concerns and see what we can do right away. If I may suggest that should you try us again to please make your reservation directly with the hotel or on Radisson.com. This will ensure you get breakfast with your stay as some of the discounted rates available through third websites do not include breakfast. We also have microwave available upon request that you can ask for when you check in. I thank you for taking the time to review us and providing me with information on how we can improve. I sincerely apologize for our shortfalls and can assure you we will work on making it better.
