One of the most exclusive and expensive dance clubs in all of Peru, Aura attracts an upscale and beautiful crowd ranging from models to expats. The crowd tends to be somewhat older and more refined than Gotica next door. Wednesdays are dedicated to electronic music, while Thursdays through Saturdays feature the latest in danceable pop, Latin, and rock music. VIP and bottle service separates the celebs and ultra cool from the one time guest.

The indigenous music and dance shows cover nearly every region of Peru from the Afro-Peruvian styles of Chincha to La Diablada of Lake Titicaca. VIP tickets, which are slightly more expensive, include unlimited trips to the buffet.

Hours: Shows start at 8:45 or 9:45, Tuesday-Saturday.
