    The staff themselves were very friendly, polite, and always smiling. However... 1. No hot water for all days we were there, even after we were told each day maintenance would be up to find out why. Per the front desk, they never showed up, by the way. 2. Asked to move rooms, twice. Paying for "Beach" room and the view was the head of a palm tree that basically sat on our balcony. Could not see out. Second room, one floor up, simply had the top of the SAME palm tree sitting on our balcony. 3. Expecting the guest to pay another $2K room deposit when being moved rooms 4. Card reader on door died, we were locked out of our room. Took three employees to break into our room. 5. Key card was deactivated, twice, locking us out of our room. (Separate occasions than #4)

    A beautiful very spacious resort near the middle of wonderful beach. All the facilities in very good condition including two pools, swim up bar, tennis courts, exercise room. (Hot tubs were both cold when we were there. Three bars with good drinks at reasonable prices. Main restaurant (Tradewinds) was not open for lunch or dinner when we were there (last week in Jan. 2016). Staff was very friendly and helpful. However the food service was very slow. Small plates - Appetizers were all good and very reasonably priced ($6 to $12). Breakfast and Lunch Buffets were good but a little spendy ($25+) Our room was great. Well furnished. Super bathroom with walk-in glass wall open shower. Internet was flaky making WhatsApp calls difficult. Grocery store is just across the street and other stores nearby. All in all this resort was a wonderful and reasonably priced (January 2016). We were there to attend parents weekend at St. George's University which is only a 15 minute drive away.
