While the room itself was spacious and comfortable (especially the bed !), I was a bit put off by the little things, most of which were cosmetic: 1. While decorative, the sink had a couple of cracks (one large and one small). 2. The large TV stand in the middle of the room (which also included a cool fireplace!), had a large scuff mark on the front. 3. The shower, while enjoyable, had obviously not been thoroughly cleaned in some time since grout between the tiles displayed obvious mildew. The base of the shower-head was also loose (at the tile level) and the head itself was not adjustable, which made showering less enjoyable for someone like myself (who has a larger frame). 4. Despite repeated attempts, I could not figure out the alarm clock in the room. Not only did it not display the correct time but, try as I might, I could not adjust the alarm or the radio. I ended up simply using an alarm on my smartphone. 5. Compared to other hotels (many of them cheaper), I found the glass desk to be quite small. I wonder if it wasn't chosen simply because it fit between the large TV stand and the wall. 6. The customer service at the front desk was, while efficient, not very cordial and somewhat abrupt. 7. I can't remember the exact check-out time but I really appreciated the option of leaving my bags with the front desk while I went to Shoeless Joe's next door to kill time and watch football (since my departure from Toronto, via train, was not until 4 pm that afternoon).

I stayed at the Radisson hotel on the harbor front in Toronto. Minus the freezing weather outside, it was a great experience! it was nice to see the ice skating rink from my window and the frozen over lake. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. there is also a starbucks in the lobby so that was amazing! The room was very modern, wifi was included in the stay as well. I would definitely suggest staying here.
