    always the same - extremely warm and friendly atmosphere and greeting. they really make you feel welcome. Speedy checkin and out. Smiling service by the staff. Just a wonderful facility to stay in. Has a lounge and restaurant which is a plus.

    Room had an unpleasant odor upon check in. Thankfully windows were able to be opened. Room service server did not give me a clear answer about whether additional charge on bill was gratuity or not. Airport shuttle was a small SUV which made for a long wait when many guests needed to head to the airport at the same time.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take pride in our “Yes I Can!” culture and do apologize you did not receive this level of service. We take the time to listen to your constructive comments, so we can continually improve our services. We have addressed the issue regarding the odor of your room with our maintenance department. Again, our apologies for the clarification of your service charge for room service, this is another situation that has been addressed with the food and beverage department.
