Our hotel in Kitchener Waterloo features four spacious, well-equipped meeting rooms ideal for meetings and social events of up to 60 people. You will appreciate the service of our attentive and friendly staff, as well as our state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment and high-speed, wireless Internet access. Our hotel in Kitchener features the following meeting facilities:

The St. Jacobs and St. Agatha Boardrooms both have a large, built-in oak table and leather ergonomic chairs and can comfortably seat up to 12 people. Both boardrooms have en suite washrooms and white boards.
The Heidelberg Room is located in our lower lobby and is easily accessible from our underground parking lot or anywhere else in the hotel. The Heidelberg Room can seat 18-45 people depending on the set-up and is perfect for small or medium meetings.
The Elmira Room is the largest of our Kitchener meeting rooms and includes two en suite washrooms and a separate food and beverage serving area. This large meeting room is complete with two entrances and is surrounded by full-size windows. The Elmira Room can seat 25-55 people.
