Enjoy our appealing menu, daily specials, stylish interiors and relaxing ambiance. Sophia’s California Bistro serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and Sunday & Holiday Brunch.

After dinner, relax and have a drink at The Lounge, Ultra Bar, where you can choose from a vast assortment of beers, wines, martinis and spirits. Daily Happy Hour is served from 5-7 p.m.

Sophia’s California Bistro restaurant hours:

Breakfast: Mon-Fri 6-11 a.m., Sat 6.30 a.m.-noon, Sun 6:30-10 a.m.
Lunch: Mon-Fri 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Sat-Sun noon-2 p.m.
Dinner: Mon-Sun 5-9 p.m.
Brunch: Sun 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

Room service is available daily from 6 a.m.-10:00 p.m. for guests who want to bring the restaurant to them and relax in their hotel rooms.

Poolside:
Join us for Summertime Salsa Nights poolside every Friday from 6:30-9:30 p.m. (May-August)
