    Great staff, very good pool facilities and excellent breakfast made by Helen ! comfortable cosy and central location needs refurbishing but the price is good i will surely visit again with my family good for kids

    The first room I was put in was FILTHY! Hair clippings on the furniture; crumbs, trash and orange peel on the floor; an unclean bathroom; dirty/sticky trash can; a made bed but with hair all over the pillows; and what appeared to be blood on the bed ruffle. The room I was moved to was not that much better: A dirty bathroom with toothpaste on the faucet and beard clippings in the sink and on the vanity. By the time I got to that room it was 10:30 at night and I was exhausted. I had to clean the bathroom because there was only one person on staff and I would have to wait until he got around to it. Needless to say, I had a difficult time sleeping because disgusted by the whole experience. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I woke up the next day to take food out of the fridge only to discover the fridge stopped working and my food was warm and spoiled. I am very disappointed in the way the situation was handled. While I was not charged for my room, no-one followed up with me. This was unacceptable. And I don't think the staff took the situation seriously. The rooms were unsanitary and the non-functioning fridge allowed my food to spoil. Both of these situations are not just an inconvenience. It affects my health and well-being. I can't imagine a poorer way of being treated.

    Thank you for reaching out and writing your review. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of your room during your stay, such as the bed, bathroom and the trashcan. Also, we are sorry that the fridge was not working at that time and for the disappointing service you received from our staff. This is not the kind of experience we want our valued guests to have. Your feedback will be forwarded to the hotel management to ensure all guest rooms and staff services are up to Radisson Hotels standards.
