- sdicintioSomers, New York“Radisson-Wolf Road Albany review by sdicintio from Somers, New York”ReviewedMay 22, 2017Trip type:Friends getawayHotel needs a major renovation. Again- we had dog poop in our room. I know this is a pet friendly hotel but this is completely unacceptable. We reported it at 9am that morning. We returned at 7:30pm that night only to find room was not cleaned and dog poop was still there. Terrible.StayedMay 2017Review collected in partnership with this hotel

This is BY FAR THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. I attended a conference at the Radisson on Wolf Rd in Albany. DIRTY, Conference dinner was HORRIBLE, A/C didn't work, sheets/pillows were DIRTY when I arrived. Do yourself a favor, stay anywhere else but here! Their Grille Restaurant does serve an amazing Breakfast Bar at a really good price..sadly, that's the only positive I can give this hotel.StayedMay 2017Review collected in partnership with this hotelMay 22, 2017I am sorry to hear that your recent stay with us did not meet your expectations. Coworker was given a room immediately following. Had to drag luggage through two meetings, no offered a storage space though I checked in well after check in time. Another employer made it right and offered a beverage. Dinner was fine.StayedMay 2017Review collected in partnership with this hotel
