    Here is a list of things that went wrong during my 2 night stay: 1) The first room they gave us smelled so strongly of smoke, it seemed the cleaning staff had to be smoking while they cleaned. 2) Our Key cards never worked 3) It took 4 times for the maintenance staff to fix the AC 4) The pool was out of order the entire trip 5) THERE WAS BLOOD ON MY SHEETS 6) A friend got stuck in an elevator for 2 hours.
