    Please fix this! This is unexceptable, especially for a hotel in Cherry Creek. I planned many more trip this summer in that area, but I guess I will have to to find another place to stay. Why is there an app that the hotel doesn't know about or pay attention to, and why after I sent a complaint to customer service would you tell me I will be contacted in 24 hours? Does anyone care?

    Room: 3/5 Breakfast: 5/5 Front desk: 5/5 Bed was comfortable and buffet breakfast was amazing along with the table service. However, room air conditioning was not working and some bathroom fixtures loose/missing. Value could be increased with increased quality of room furnishings. My experience of Radisson hotels in other countries have higher quality for price paid.
