    Staff was not friendly. The reception desk charged us $75 to check in at 2:30 instead of 3. They didn’t tell us we were being charged until we got our receipt and then wouldn’t do anything about it. The hotel wasn’t worth the money spent.

    the enthusiasm the hotel sales department shows to deduct the money from the cards will not be shown while approving the refunds to the customer. This is the worst experience I had with this hotel and would not recommend to anyone.
