    I have stayed in many hotels in my life. All the way from a half star motel in the middle of nowhere, Texas, all the way to five star hotels in Dubai. I have even lived in hotels for months while working a job, and I have never had as many bad experiences in one stay as I have with the Buena Park Radisson. I booked two rooms for this visit, and both rooms have had problems. It started off when checking in and the front desk staff made a photocopy of my credit card. I have never seen any hotel copy my credit card before. I have seen them copy my drivers license and/or passport, but never a credit card. However, I thought maybe it’s a new policy at Radisson, and left it alone, but I also know I’m uncomfortable enough with it that I will be calling my bank and canceling that card. When we got to the room, we decided to go down to the hot tub to relax after a long day of walking around at Knott’s Berry Farm. When we got down to the pool area, it was locked and not opening. The front desk person told me to just jiggle the handle because it’s broken. When we actually got into the pool area, the hot tub looked nasty, and the jets didn’t work. So much for relaxing on the hot tub.Next I decided I would take a nice relaxing shower. Once I looked In the bathroom, I found that there were no bath towels at all. I had two small hand towels, but no bath towels. The other room had the same problem. Back I walked down to the front desk, but they only had one towel available, and said they would send more up. More towels were not sent up. In the morning, I ended up reusing the wet towel from the night before. One thing I will say works very well in the hotel is the Air Conditioning. I set the temperature in the room for 68 degrees when going to bed, and woke up to a chilling 56 degrees in the room. I ended up shutting the A/C off.Next came breakfast. When I booked the room, I paid the extra money to include the breakfast. However, when I first arrived in the morning, I was told that my room did not include breakfast and that I would have to pay. He didn’t even bother picking up the phone to verify or check for me, just told me I would have to pay. Back to the front desk I went. The front desk staff looked at my account and confirmed that I was supposed to have breakfast included, but the person who checked me in the night before forgot to put it on.     I should have known the price was too low for this to be as nice a hotel as the pictures would have you believe. I had driven four hours to reach the destination and was tired upon arrival. There were two people behind the front desk, each helping one member of a party that seemed to be traveling together. The wait was longer that I would have liked. The girl that checked me in was nice, but the process was slow and a line started to form behind me as the other person behind the desk had disappeared. Once I got to my room, I was pleased at how large it was and the bungalow sort of feel they achieved. Unfortunately I was thoroughly grossed out when I peeled back the comforter to find sheets that seemed to be dirty, but in fact were just really stained and yucky. I was so tired I just climbed in and went to sleep, but probably wouldn't come back to this hotel. It's near Knott's Berry Farm and I can see it appealing to a family on a budget vacation - the rooms are large and very close to the park. The cleanliness will definitely leave something to be desired though... maybe bring your own Lysol wipes and sheets. The hotel was quiet at least!

    I wish I could give a negative rating for the property. Right from Day 1 when we checked in nothing was in place. The reception area was dirty, the sofas were dirty, carpets smelly, there was dust. Rooms were not clean, curtains were torn, wifi was never working and we were asked to contact the service provider to get the issue resolved. The room's thermostat was not working, the maintenance guy and the front desk manager's had different reasons for the issue. Housekeeping was not upto the mark and room was never cleaned.
