    I stay at hotels all the time for work & the cleanliness & service not up to par. Housekeeping service needs to better align to customer needs. Hotel is attempting to upgrade an old facility but putting lipstick on a pig. Still feels old.

    Waited 45 minutes at check in. Room was not defeathered as promised -- and although receptionist checked with housekeeping and was told it had been defeathered we had to wait 30 minutes in hallway as it was cleaned! Carpets and hallways filthy. Breakfast was barely edible -- cold eggs -- stale tasting waffles. Avoid buffet! Go across street for breakfast. Shower was a trickle. I have nothing good to say about this hotel.
