    Hotel needs razed. Rooms are dirty. Food is extremely bad. The facility has an unidentified odor on the first floor. Few amenities in the rooms. Not even a security safe for valuables!! Ron and Mike in the bar and the restaurant waitresses and hostess were the only saving grace. They worked hard to make a miserable stay tolerable.

    The hotel is showing its age. The bathrooms are tiny and not conducive to having more than one guest in the room. The ground floor rooms smell and feel damp; the weather has been really humid but I feel like some improvements to the flooring/HVAC could help avoid this in the future. The sleep number beds are hit or miss and definitely need to be changed out. The staff is very polite and responsive, however, which pulls the rating up for me.

    This is the 3rd or 4th time we've been here for a convention. While during such an event, the restaurant gets overwhelmed and backed up, if you're not just planning to eat there, there are many places nearby.
