Overall, I was disappointed. The carpet was frayed, the furniture old and dented, the towels were typical. For the same price I could have stayed at many other area hotels and enjoyed an included breakfast. I meant to stay at a different Radisson and booked this one by mistake. This hotel seems to exist in order to cater to the cruise ship industry. On the plus side, the pool area was beautiful and the shampoo/conditioner bottles were clearly marked (I usually can't read then once I take off my glasses).StayedJanuary 2018Review collected in partnership with this hotel

It's very close to the cruise port and they offer a shuttle to the cruise port for $6.00 pp. We also stayed here 2 years ago and the bartender Tina remembered us! She really made us feel welcomed. I arrived at 2, and I was aware that check in time was at 3; HOWEVER, they did not check me in until 5pm. The lines were very long even after they texted me that my room was ready. Then I had to wait until someone had time to get my luggage out of the closet. The rooms were old.
