    Parking and shuttle for cruise if convenient. Check in was a disaster. We got there early and we were told our room was ready. We drove all night. Literally 9 hours. We unload and get in the room and the room is not clean. A maid in the room next door said it was not her room but she would be happy to clean it for us. She did ask that I let the front desk know. I went back down and advised. They took my room key and said they would call me when the room was ready. I was also charged a per person fee for the shuttle which was not disclosed when I reserved the room. She said she would allow me to keep my things in the room and again she would call me. I went back to the room. The maid was working very hard to get it all done for us. The front desk never called to let us know the room was clean. We did leave that evening for supper and it was then that I stopped back by the desk to get room keys. At this point the morning staff was no longer there. When I made the reservations I told them there were 6 in my party. The room only slept 4 and a couch(too small for my children to sleep on) I had to call for 2 roll away beds. I was advised they were a $15 charge. At departure I went to check out and was told there were no additional charges. The morning staff (females) were not friendly at all.

    When we got home and checked our credit card online the hotel had added $30. This is "automatically added as a damage fee" and was removed after we complained. Also the $6 parking fee is ridiculous when the hotel caters to cruise parking for less than $6 per day.

    The rooms were very roomy and clean. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend to anyone going on a cruise from Port Canaveral. The only problem was the room above us was not very sound proof. You could hear children screaming most of the night

    Overall good and clean lobby and frontdesk. Rooms are good, bed was too soft. Staff at very good! Package and shuttle to the Port was part of the package. My stay was one night therefore I didn't get to explore the entire grounds.
