    My husband and I stayed here the night before our cruise and everything was perfect. The breakfast was great. We parked our car at the resort while we cruised and used the hotel shuttle service to and from the terminal. Service was very efficient and available when we needed it. We are planning on returning and staying extra nights before our next cruise so we can enjoy the pool next time.

    Arrived late in the evening. Had a sleeping child. Arrived at room, key card did not work. Maintenance came over. They opened the door, key card never worked. He retrieved more cards, they also did not work. Did not get this resolved til morning. After having maintenance work on the door all morning. Had to switch the whole handle assembly. Nothing was offered for inconvenience. Breakfast is a joke, save money, go somewhere down the street. On top of all this, you are staying a a motel with a pool in the middle. Pool area looked nice, did not partake as was leaving for cruise. Had to go to a completely separate building to use the elevator. TIP:Insist on not staying in 700 building.

    Awesome stay for the family. The place was clean and service exceptional. Pool is the biggest attraction in the hotel and super clean. Quality of food at the bar and service very good. We will definitely go back!!!
