    Upon checkin, we experienced a desk clerk that was far from hospitable. He mumbled and almost acted like he didn't want to be there. After we dropped our bags in our room, we went down to the restaurant to grab a quick bite before we had to leave for the services. The info in our room indicated it opened at 4pm. It was about 4:20pm. When my adult daughter asked the clerk, I heard him answer her in a loud voice that it opened at 5:30. She informed him that the info in the room has the wrong time, at which point he yelled "it opens at 5:30!" This all in front of a couple of other guests. The walls are thin (could hear an adjoining room's toilet flush in the middle of the night just like it was in our room), my daughter saw bugs near the desk, the bathroom needed updating and the carpet needed cleaning (I realized after walking on it barefoot). I only marked the service average because the lady at checkout brought the score way up. I will not be returning to this property.

    I would stay again. The beds were comfortable, pool area stocked with towels, staff are courteous and it has a restaurant on grounds. They need some info on allergens in the food. My son really enjoyed his meal.
