Onity Brand Locks
You may have concerns about the recent media coverage surrounding Onity brand locks in hotels. At Radisson Hotel Group, the safety and security of our guests is very important. As a measure of extra precaution, we provided our franchisees with manufacturer’s lock improvement guidelines should some of our properties use such locks. More information is available on the Onity brand website. 

Lottery or Lucky Draw Scam
Radisson Hotel Group properties have become aware that persons based out of China not affiliated with our hotels may be claiming to be our employees or otherwise connected to us and are contacting consumers about winning fictitious contests or games of luck, chance or some form of sweepstakes, and requesting bank details and/or other sensitive personal information in order to receive these fictitious winnings (whether in the form or cash or cash vouchers). These are not genuine forms of communication from our organization.

Make My Holiday Scam
We have also become aware of a number of unsolicited fraudulent calls to consumers claiming to be from Radisson hotels offering accommodations at any Radisson hotel by paying an initial deposit by credit card. Radisson is not affiliated with, nor sponsoring any such promotion or offer.

Employment Scam
A number of unsolicited fraudulent emails have circulated purporting to offer employment at one of our hotels, frequently alleging that we will be opening a new Radisson or Park Inn hotel in locations such as Nigeria, Benin, India or the U.K.. These emails target job-seekers who have posted their biographical information on internet websites and often contain misspelled words and unusual return addresses. The emails include official-looking documents as attachments and purport to offer employment without the need for in-depth interviews. The perpetrators then request sensitive personal information (passport numbers, social security numbers or other personal data) and/or the payment of fees to third parties, allegedly for work permits or visas. These are not genuine offers from our organization. 

Our Recommendation
Please do not provide sensitive personal information or submit payment to third parties in response to such offers. To confirm the validity of any questionable notification or communication supposedly involving Radisson Hotel Group properties, please contact our Customer Support.
