    I give this hotel a poor review. Toilet was leakng. Requested an item that was never delivered. Cleanliness was not optimum. Key cards were deactivated on the second night of our stay for one of the entrances.

    Thank you for bringing your concerns regarding your last stay with us to our attention. We sincerely apologize that you were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, as well as the condition of the toilet during your stay. Also, we are sorry to know that your request at that time was not delivered. Moreover, we regret to hear about the issue with your key cards. This is not the kind of experience we want our valued guests to have. Our team is working hard to make sure all of our guests are comfortable and are receiving our best service. Your feedback will be forwarded to the hotel management to ensure hotel facilities and guest rooms are up to Radisson Hotel standards. We hope to see you again and exceed your expectations in the future.
