All the cleaning products must be used in the lobby area because it wasn’t used much in our bathroom. The bathroom was small. I closed the door and there was a lot of hair and an orange powder (makeup possibly) behind the door. We were going to say something about it but when we went back to the lobby, but nobody was there. I finally cleaned it myself so I wouldn’t have to step in it getting into and out of the shower. There was also hair & dirt behind the chair next to the bed. The view is great from the 7th floor but other than the aircraft carrier & the aquarium, there is nothing to do within walking distance. We didn’t eat at the restaurant because the menu didn’t look like anything special. We were surprised the restaurant & bar weren’t open more hours. Very few of the people working even acknowledged our presence. The price was good for the view we got but that’s about it.StayedNovember 2018December 03, 2018On behalf of our entire staff at Radisson Hotel Corpus Christi Beach we apologize for the concerns you shared about your experience at this hotel. Please know that your feedback is definitely appreciated and we will be reiterating to our staff that their interactions with each-other should never supersede the interactions with our valued guests. We have an exceptional service culture and this report does not reflect on our expectations. Front desk agents are always on duty, however on rare occasions they may have to step away from the desk but they should always have someone there to advise that they will be returning shortly. We have implemented a new texting feature and I did see that we had sent you text messages during your stay, so please feel free to use this feature to communicate with staff or management so that we may address any concerns right away. We have also coached the housekeeper that serviced your room. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your balcony view. Again, we appreciate the feedback and will use it to fine tune our operations in the hope that upon your next visit we can exceed your expectations.
