    The service and food in the lounge were the most positive aspects. The hotel is dated, room smelled damp, older bed coverings/pillows, but clean. The staff in general did not impress, front desk not encouraging. The housekeeper was very pleasant.

    Don't be tempted by the rotating restaurant, it doesn't rotate. The rooms are out of date, moldy, and loud with traffic noise. It is really too bad...this is an amazing location. I hope they do something to save it. Loads of potential.

    Thank you for choosing the Radisson. The wheel is down for repairs at this time. That has been posted on the website and all advance reservations were notified. Unfortunately, parts for that type of machinery are not in stock and tactually have to be made. It will be back up and running in a few days. we have currently spent millions on renovations and we will soon be doing the guest room bathrooms. We appreciate your feedback and hope tou give us another try.
