We have stayed here on several occasions and each time is very comfortable. The food is OK, but not exceptional. The serving staff is very polite and courteous. Imagine not having any toilet paper or towels. How about nothing in the room. Bed sheets were never changed. Internet did not work. Overall, I was amazed that a hotel can operate in this manner.
