My stay was short (less than 24 hours), but very pleasant. Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. My room was very clean and spacious, with a microwave and small fridge. Bed was heavenly! Staff said the hotel was at 90% capacity, but it was very quiet. Only drawback is location -- restaurant was closed for renovation so I wanted to go to the McDonald's across the street (the only thing really close by) but it was cold and the crosswalk was quite a ways away and I didn't want to brave jaywalking across the very busy road. However, front desk staff came to the rescue with multiple take-out menus and delivery options! Was Ok but not special. Possible for me to stay at a next visit to the area. Breakfast is just Ok, typical American I think. Can also be possible that breakfast and restaurant facilities were not representative. They were busy to rebuild their restaurant at the very moment of my stay. Very close to Oil Sands Museum. We are working diligently in making sure that our onsite restaurant will re open on a timely manner, for that we apologize again for any inconvenience this has caused you. In leau of the restaurant closure, we are also offering a shuttle to take the guests to downtown restaurants during Monday to Thursday, this will somehow help our guests to skip driving jut to go to the restaurants at night time.
