    The room we stayed in was very clean including the bathroom, sheets, comforter, and towels. Had our dog with us and needed 1 night. Very reasonably priced and pet fee was only $50. Kids even got a chance to go swimming. Definitely recommend this hotel.

    The room and view were great. We have stayed here multiple times. We booked the premium business room shopping spree package. The front desk employee told us that we had to get the $25 giftcard from the outlet mall which was not true. Then she stated that she did not see that it was a premium business room. So I had to show an email to get our breakfast and drink vouchers. She had no knowledge of this booking option. We never received our $25 gift card. When we returned home I spoke with the sales manager and she took such good care of us to make up for this mistake. So we will continue to stay here.
