    The overall maintenance of the hotel needed major overhaul and improvement. If an additional elevator could be installed it would also help immensely. Major log jam at the elevator at checkout time due to housekeeping carts trying to change floors.

    Door entry cards just don't work -- despite keeping them away from mobile/electronic devices. It took several trips to reception to recharge the cards and almost 50 swipes before the doors open. Not only my two rooms, but at some point, the lobby was full of tourists trying to open their doors. When complained, the hotel reception was uncooperative and condescending in their response. Immediately after the call, the room phone stopped working. I had two rooms for two nights. One was not cleaned while other was. When I asked the reception, i was informed that the housekeeping was only upon request. Overall, horrible experience with bugs in the room, poor service, and roof leaking in the corridor.
