    I selected the Raddison thinking that it was a little more upscale with a dining room for dinner while we were in transit from Europe back to Seattle. The price reflected what should have been a better hotel. Well, the property is very tired looking, the dining like Denny's or Howard Johnson's. The best part of the stay was the staff, and it was quite. The air porter service was another good aspect. No drinks available in the room, no room service. The restaurant and bar did not open until 5 pm. So after a long trip from Europe, we were hoping for a nice layover....

    My daughter and I walked into our assigned room and found a strange man sleeping in the bed! It freaked us out. The room had been inadvertently double booked. Front desk reassigned us to a different room, but it had an AWFUL smell - like poopy diapers. Made us all queasy. And we could not help but wonder what had happened in there to make it smell so awful. But it was 1:30am and we were too exhausted to go back to ask for another room reassignment. We were glad to get out of there the next day. Perhaps this was all out of the ordinary, but our experience was terrible. I feel really ripped off that we paid what we paid and got what we got. I try to give balanced reviews, so on the plus side: We had booked two rooms to accommodate our family, and the other room was fine. Front desk and front door staff were welcoming and efficient. Free shuttle from the airport was a nice amenity.

The person concerned has been coached and counseled and we also have preventive measures in place to avoid the same mistakes from reoccurring.     I really love my experience at the hotel. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I felt safe and cared for by the staff. The food was great, business was nice, staff was very helpful. Housekeeping kept my room cleaned. The front desk answered the phones and all my needs with a sense of urgency and care. I felt safe in the Parking lot the restaurant was clean the staff was friendly. Maintenance staff was very helpful. Management at the front desk was funny, and the staff was very informative about events in the area and restaurants in the area.
