Didn't bother with breakfast I was afraid I would get food poisoning. The only redeeming factor was that the shuttle to the airport was on time which was wonderful because I couldn't wait to get out of the hotel its a dump. Complete waste of money $266 per night what a rip off. A bed was too soft and linens were not clean. No room service. Staffs were not good and polite. The hotel does not look clean and fresh. On the other hand, we apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay due to the multiple issues you've encountered, in particular, the condition and cleanliness of the hotel, the amenities, the food was not up to your expectation, the comfort of your bed as well as the service you received from our staff at that time. This is certainly not the kind of experience we would like you to have. Our team is working hard to make sure our guests are receiving our best and comfortable service. The Parking is HORRIBLE! This hotel only have a few out door parking when compared to the number of residents. When out door spots were not available the only other option was underground which was scary, and when leaving the exit entrance was closed so I had to back into the garage which was a very tight area once I backed out and into the parking garage I had to drive out thru the entrance hoping no one was coming because they would not have seen me. My cousin scraped the bottom of her car when backing into the garage.StayedJuly 2017Review collected in partnership with this hotel
