ReviewedSeptember 05, 2018Trip type:FamilyVisited Khajuraho with family on vacation to see the ancient temples an "UNESCO World Heritage Site" was a memorable and wonderful experience. The temples themselves leave a lasting impression and make us proud of our rich culture heritage. Khajuraho has many good hotels - Radisson Jass Hotel is definitely one of the best. The rooms are well appointed, food is great & other amenities are well provided, for a complete family trip. At our hotel, it is our constant endeavor to serve our guests with warmth and efficiency to make their experience a memorable one; which is evident by the numerous testimonials shared on this forum by our esteemed guests. Though we never prefer our guests to have unpleasant experiences with us, it is always imperative for the management to follow term and condition which was in your case mentioned in your voucher but you denied to pay mandatory dinner. This Christmas Eve dinner was mandatory for all residence guest and you opted to book the room knowingly and that was the reason hotel staff charged you full amount. The plates which was given with the parcel which was not as per your expectation. As a gesture, a compensation of 50% discount was offered (almost Rs. 5100/-) to you on your lunch and dinner for 6 people which was conveniently accepted by you. I would like to reiterate my apologies if you were left to feel in anyway disappointed after your stay with us.
