    Close to USC but bathrooms shabby and slow internet. The pool and spa we OK. A lot of noise from surrounding LA from traffic. McKay's restaurant has slow service and is a pretty expensive. Room Service was half an hour late delivering food.

    The upgraded king lanai room is very nice but location on first floor was a little noisy. All staff were very helpful. Internet is almost unusable. Breakfast room service was very good. Location good. Pretty expensive but it was graduation weekend.

    I have opted to stay at this hotel a few times. Staff is totally accommodating from check in to check out especially to USC Families. Room service is outstanding and portions are large. Order a pizza and you'll see what I mean! The rooms have been updated and are beautiful and comfortable. I am picky about mattresses and these beds are wonderful. Order extra pillows!! You can't get any closer to USC!

    This hotel is the choice for parents or football fans visiting USC. But you wouldn't stay here for a holiday. The nearby Vagabond is even less luxurious. The hotel gives the impression that it is operated by USC, whose logo is everywhere. The rooms, lobby, etc., are fine, albeit the layout is a bit clumsy, betraying the likelihood that the hotel was upgraded from something more modest. It comes pretty close to a 4-star hotel. The bathrooms are much smaller than modern 4- and 5-star hotels. You have to close the door to enter the shower-over-bathtub-with-shower-curtain. Unless you happen to have business at USC, there is no pressing reason to stay there.

    Great staff, clean comfortable rooms. They have really done a nice job updating this hotel over the past year. If you have a student at USC there is nothing more convenient. Also all the staff are so helpful. Has a nice USC gift shop, Mckays is a great restaurant/bar.
