    My daughter and I have traveled to Madison once a year for the past 23 years. Always have stayed in different hotels. Radisson compared favorably as far as accommodations, but Dottie pricier than we have paid in the past

    The facility hasn’t been updated recently and overall was very worn. The lighting in the rooms was poor and mattress was not comfortable. Bartender was very rude at Twist and they closed at 10 pm. Me and 5 other colleagues went into the bar for a drink and the bartender was overheard saying “Oh Sh*t”. At 10 pm he turned off all tv’s and most of the lights despite 11 people being in the bar including one person eating a meal. Overall a bad experience.

We are saddened to hear about the issue you had regarding the condition of our facility, especially your room including the lighting, the mattress and that you were not pleased with the service and reception of our staff at that time. Certainly, this is not the type of experience we would like our guests to have.
