    Great place to spend a one-night lay over in Tokyo. The politeness and courtesy of each staff member after getting there exhausted was really gratifying. After a few hours of quiet sleep, transportation to the airport on their courtesy luxurious bus was the frosting on the cake.

    I already explained in the earlier section of this review and asking me to type it all again is annoying, so I won't. Suggestion, pre populate this section if you are going to ask for things twice. In short, the hotel was very nice but the room was absolutely terrible. The wifi was super slow and sporadic. The room was uncomfortable and most of the staff were rude, which is rare for Japan.
