    My family and I spent nearly a week traveling across country to our new home in New Hampshire and stopped at the Radisson for a rest and found the room and everything else to been unsatisfactory. Thank you.

    Hotel is very nice, in a great location for travel to Boston. However housekeeping is awful. Room not ready, however they did offer refund and breakfast since we waited so long. But during stay tub not cleaned...dirty towels left in tub one day. Next day room not cleaned at all! No fresh towels, floors so dirty our feet and socks were black, I was told partial refund but so far have not received it. Also shuttle wait at Riverside terminal was 30 minutes each evening to come back to hotel, even though we called before arriving to terminal
