    Have stayed many, many times and am a member of your reward program. However, left hotel for 10+hrs and confirmed w/ front desk that room would be cleaned while out as they typically are daily. Got back late at night to find no trash removed, beds still a mess and left in same condition as we left them earlier in the day and wet/used towels still in tub and/or on bathroom floor, etc Bottom line, nothing was done to the room while away and as I was promised when I left it at front desk. Also, something I didn't complain to desk about but was bothered by was that when I arrived at room nite before it was FREEZING. Took 20 mins to warm it up. It is November in NH afterall. Not looking to walk into 70 degrees but 60 would have been nice this time. Anyhow, pool w/ my kids was a great experience as it always has been in the over 25 times I've stayed here before. I've dealt w/ many issues over the yrs both pre, during and post renovations, etc. While never a 5 star experience I also never expect it to be motel grade. That's what I experienced a bit this time. Not what I expect from the "castle" Radisson I've come to know over the last 10 yrs. I don't ask for much BUT I do expect my room to be cleaned properly each day and they typically are taken care of. Especially when I confirm as much to be done w/ the front desk clerk. So let down this time. It's clear from other Trip Advisor posts that I've reviewed since I got home that housecleaning and cleanliness are issues the hotel has dealt with but has been doing so for quite a while. Management has to do something about that because what happened to me(someone I consider a loyal customer) should never happen. Anyhow, we also used the restaurant while there and though I've had mixed reviews since it opened having eaten there a good 5 or 6 times, this time was quite enjoyable. The staff was kind, followed up well, food came quickly and was good. Overall, no issues w/ restaurant or wait staff whatsoever. Can't say that was the case in the past on a couple occasions though. But never to a point that I wouldn't try again. Case in point. This last stay. I stay at this hotel because of convenience to many things including family that lives close by but really mainly because I come w/ kids and there's an indoor & outdoor pools that can be used both winter and summer times. in all my visits both good, great or not happy with, THIS was without doubt the first time I've ever chosen to write a critical review. That's how ticked off I was about my room's situation. As a Club Carlson member(not a major member but a member) I expect more from my hotel visits.

    Very clean hotel. I was very pleased with the service that I received. I would definitely recommend. The beds were a little stiff but the rooms were big and very well decorated. The hotel was also situated in a very convenient location (near the outlets and restaurants). The Shade Bar & Grill food was very good.

    Highly recommend this hotel for any type of travel! Our's was for a friends birthday getaway and this hotel provided the perfect amenities! Great price for the room, pool, hot tub and sauna for relaxation after a hard day shopping or sightseeing! Provides a central base to tour Anheuser Busch Brewery and see the Clydesdales!

    My first visit to this hotel was about 25 years ago at a convention. This stay was a last minute choice and it met all my needs. Amazing staff. I would definitely return to this property, and recommend this hotel to family and friends.
