    We held a family reunion over the July 4th weekend and had about 20 people staying anywhere between 3 - 5 nights each. Amy Alerloof was excellent to work with on our planning and banquet requirements. She gave us the Gatlinburg Hospitality Room to use all 3 days. We had a dinner in the Gatlinburg one evening and the food was very good. She helped make everything special. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. We just returned from a second stay a couple of days ago, and we will continue to stay at the Radisson Airport Hotel every time we go to Nashville.

Our staff works very hard to provide the highest level of service and top scores, such as the ones you provided, really show that all of our hard work pays off in the eyes of our guests. I was especially glad to see that you enjoyed our friendly and helpful staff.     I booked this hotel for a conference and booked 10 rooms for my staff and speakers. All the rooms were to be charged to my C.C. and the hotel ended up charging some of the rooms to my speakers. We also had issues with the food for the conference and the space it self. Save yourself the headache and go someplace else.
