The people make me smile whenever I see them. They welcome me by name and make sure I have everything I need. The pool is great and the exercise room is better than most. Only one working elevator that had an onion ring on the floor of it for the 3 days I was there. Hallway on my floor smelled like urine. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. I am glad that you were able to take advantage of our restaurant, although I am sorry to hear that you were surprised there wasn't a breakfast buffet. We enjoy offering our guests made to order items using fresh ingredients whenever possible to provide the ultimate in flexibility. I am happy to announce that we will be undergoing a renovation beginning in November. This will include all guest rooms and public areas. We are very excited about our new upgrades. We will review the conditions of your room with our housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms are up to Radisson Hotels standards.
