    Not near town centre so had to take taxis. Doorman checking made it feel safe and the room was quiet. Didnt expect no fridge in room or paper cups for 2 when there were 4 of us for 4 nights. It felt like a budget room not the usual Radisson. Note on bed informed that it was under renovations but this wasnt ore warned in booking or discount offered.

    2 adults in room 633 .... a tiny space with a double bed, no closets, incorrectly hung shower doors, and 1 out of 4 nights with no AC .... Thank goodness, I left this place at about 8:00 AM and returned after 10:00 PM

    no elite recognizance, smallest room ever encounter, loud noise from AC all night long, unfriendly and unprofessional front desk staff; key card suddenly not work second night, no apology. Nice location though.

    Nice hotel, mid priced for NY. Great location with subway right outside the door. Quieter than Times Square, but just as convenient. Had dinner at the restaurant Petit Poulet. The food was fine and the service was good. Closes at 11 so go early if you can.
