    I would rate this hotel as one of the top places to stay in the Cleveland airport area. The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel shuttle is very user friendly. The location is great with the Great Northern Mall right across the street.

    We landed this great hotel when we booked online with 'hotwire'. It was great value and a great location...walking distance to restaurants and shops, yet close to the airport. The staff couldn't have been better or more helpful - nothing was too much trouble - whether getting a bowl of porridge made for my son with a disability, or an extra coffee in our room. The Radisson was a comfortable place to stay and we felt welcome there. After the family wedding, though others were staying at upmarket hotels, we all chose to head back to the Radisson for drinks and a relax because the staff were so congenial.

    The Staff was great and the shuttle driver was very nice. The smell of smoke in the rooms was so strong. The furniture was old and the bed was not great to sleep in. Many of the rooms had just been flooded by the sprinkler system that had burst.

    Thank you for the review of our property. Thank you also for the nice comments regarding the staff. Just wanted to make you aware we are thankful that our sprinkler system worked properly and took care of the issue at hand. The number of rooms was so minimal and thankfully, the situation was contained and no guests were affected negatively and glad to hear your room was down the hall and it was not your room. As far as the furniture, the beds were just replaced recently and we do our best to fit everyone's different comfort level. As you know, that is a challenge in any hotel. The smoke smell, I have addressed and we will absolutely do our best to eliminate that odor and refresh the room for the next guest. Thank you again.
