I found the staff to be incredibly warm and helpful, but I think due to the weather conditions (freak snow storm the day I arrived), they may have been short staffed, which meant any problems that arose took forever to get resolved. But, for the most part (except for a few technical issues), they were able to accommodate me. The WiFi was awful in my room, even though IT tried to fix it - it went in and out, and when it worked it was still pretty slow. Room was impeccably clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable, though pillows were not too great (not enough support). Conference center was easy to use, but printer had problems. Restaurant served good breakfast. Great coffee. Lobby area was very nicely designed, but cold air was everywhere! Even when the doors were closed. I also happened to be sick when I arrived, so it didn't help that it was perpetually cold. Overall, though, I had a decent experience. Would I stay here again? If I'm visiting Parker, highly likely. It seemed as if there was no standard to the process of cleaning/checklist to prep for someone to check into the room.
