Upon check-in, I found the start time was going to be after I had to check out. No change in rate was offered, but a drink coupon for the evening was offered so I took that. When I return to the hotel after my evening event, I go get my free drink and retire to my room only to find out the tv is broken. I call down to the front desk and receive no answer after I let it ring 20-30 times. I go back down to front desk to find someone and wait about 5-10 minutes for someone to show up. They send maintenance up (this was quick) and they tell me I am going to have to change rooms. I started packing up and maintenance comes back and says we have a replacement tv. I unpack my things again and then they show up and replace the tv. Next when I go to use the bathroom, the toilet has a black mark across the toilet rim (looked like the bottom of a shoe scuff type mark). Does not give one the sense of clean! Then I go to get in bed, and the bottom sheet is all wrinkled on only one side like someone slept in bed and sheets were not changed. I pull back the covers on the other bed, and it is the same way. I don't think the sheets were changed from the previous customer. Then I get my bill under the door and I have been charged for the "free" drink I was to receive instead of breakfast so I had to go and have the front desk take care of that as well which they did.
