I had a very good experience during this visit with the night manager of the on-site Caprese Restaurant. I ordered lasagna one night from the Caprese Restaurant. There was nothing wrong with the food but I just didn't like the taste. Being a southerner I think it is just the difference in the way lasagna tastes back home. I didn't eat but just a little of the lasagna and I took my plate back to the restaurant and set it on a table to be picked up because I don't like to leave uneaten food in my room. I didn't complain because like I said there was nothing wrong with the quality of the food. To my surprise, I received a call in my room a few minutes later from the night manager of the restaurant. He asked if there was something wrong with my food because I had not eaten hardly any of it. I said no, I just didn't like the taste as it was much different than the taste of southern lasagna. He asked could he prepare something else for me because he didn't want me to go to bed hungry. That was one of the most professional and courteous customer service gestures that I've ever received. I advised I wasn't too hungry now but thanked him anyway. He insisted that he didn't want me to go hungry and he would prepare something else at no cost. I asked could he just fix me a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and he said yes. He then personally brought the sandwich and an order of fries to my room. Kudos to the restaurant manager that evening as he didn't do anything wrong but wanted to ensure my stay was pleasurable. The is customer service at its best. Tons of food options with-in 10 minute drive. Rooms were big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Free breakfast cold have had a few more things like Peanut Butter, but was good.
