    I always begin with the absolute fact that the Radisson, Freehold is our "home away from home." Every time we are here this fact becomes truer. From the time the doors slide open, we are greeted as family by the front desk staff. Jake, the front desk manager, is thoroughly capable in every way. He is warm, friendly, endlessly kind and a true asset to the hotel. We are always greeted by Amanda who has become a friend over the years. She is hugely knowledgeable and helpful in every possible way. As well, we commend Ashley, Katie, Michael S and Diana for their hard work and huge desire to please. If there is a request of any kind, the entire staff is always ready to help. You are in the hospitality business and this staff is the epitome of hospitable in every way. In the restaurant, we want to particularly commend Sara for her warmth, charm and wonderful service. As well, a big thank you to to Liz, in the Winner's Circle Restaurant, for her huge smile and willingness to help. Now, how doe we thank and commend Mike Camassa, the Assistant General Manager. He is without peer and truly amazing in his job. He always has a ready smile, a ready answer to any question and the wonderful ability to make guests feel as if they are the most special people in the hotel. It is not up to us, of course, but we have stayed here for many years, twice a year, for extended visits, and feel that Mike should be Manager of the hotel and not the assistant to anyone. Just the opinion of two very happy, satisfied guests. Thank you.
