Stay within walking distance of downtown hot spots

Connecticut’s capital city is home to a charming blend of public parks, modern museums and event centers, many of which are within walking distance of the Radisson. Visit the Harriet Beecher Stowe Center and the home of Mark Twain for a glimpse at the life and legacy of two of the most renowned writers in American history. For a breath of fresh air, make the one-mile walk to Bushnell Park, home of the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch, or drive 15 minutes west to stroll the rose gardens at Elizabeth Park. Our hotel is also less than a mile from event venues such as Xfinity Theatre, XL Center and the Hartford Stage, and the Dunkin’ Donuts Park baseball stadium is right next door.

If you’re on a corporate trip, reserve a room at the Radisson to stay within a half mile of the events at Connecticut Convention Center. As the “Insurance Capital of the World,” Hartford is also home to companies like Accenture, Aetna, MetLife and Travelers Insurance.
