    To start from Check in we arrived late in the evening around 9 PM for night halt.... we had booked 3 rooms and requested one room with twin bed on check in, Front desk associate took his time to check the status of rooms and called DM in front of us, DM refused on call and when we told associate to call the DM as we want to speak to him... DM gave us the reason "we are running 100%). We still requested and he kept refusing... The best part was late in the night we got to know the property was running on low occupancy and it was confirmed next day morning when we saw Ala carte in the restaurant instead of buffet and only 2 tables were occupied till 1030 hrs.... Also, we requested for extra quilts in the night... housekeeping team came with 3 extra quilts threw them on the bed and went off.... We have been using this hotel from last 5 days... but no more.... FnB team was fantastic with their job.... Cheers for them...
