- Heidelberg Room
Suitable for events of up to 50 attendees, the Heidelberg Room in the lower lobby area offers additional space for a registration table and direct access to the hotel's parking garage. Your room reservation also includes complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Elmira Room
The largest meeting room in the hotel, the Elmira Room accommodates up to 50 people. Your guests can help themselves to food and drinks at the serving area, and you can configure the space however you desire—boardroom, classroom, U-shape, half hollow, theatre, reception or pod setup. The room also features natural lighting, complimentary Wi-Fi and two convenient exits.
