    Staff friendly, helpful. Room smelled like disinfectant. Could not regulate heat or AC-either froze or suffocated. Shower lacked water pressure and had annoying whistle. Accessible room but was difficult to reach shower controls. Desk chair squeaked and groaned. Not a comfortable room at all.

This is certainly not what we hope to offer our valued guests and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience you had with your room. We understand the importance of a relaxing stay, and we will speak to our team about updating the amenities in each of the rooms. We regret that we were not aware of your concerns during your stay as we would have tried to provide you with an alternate room.     Room was very spacious and nice. Stayed here after a wedding, reception NOT held here. The hotel had 2 or 3 weddings staying at the hotel and did not staff JD Tavern appropriately; only one bartender serving customers. Easy way to shut it down quickly I guess...

    It was our pleasure to welcome you to our hotel. We are glad that you enjoyed a relaxing stay in your spacious room. However, we do apologize that you were not fully satisfied with the service at our restaurant. We understand how busy everything gets, and we never want our guests to be frustrated.
